Grade 5-7 students were fortunate enough to hear her talk about how the idea for the tunnels series came to her and about the real history behind her books. She also read an excerpt from her brand new book, the fourth in the Moose Jaw Adventures series, called <em>Tunnels of Tyranny</em>. Mrs. Humbert's Grade 5 class won a contest and the author visit was part of the prize. The class also won a free tour of The Chinese Connection Tunnel in downtown Moose Jaw. Mrs. Bishop has written four fictional books based on the famous tunnels of Moose Jaw: <em>Tunnels of Time</em>, <em>Tunnels of Terror</em>, <em>Tunnels of Treachery</em> and <em>Tunnels of Treachery</em>.
